The star, 38, and director husband Alejandro Monteverde welcomed their second child to the family on Sunday, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The baby boy, named Marcelo Alejandro, was born in Los Angeles.

Little Marcelo weighed in at 8 lbs. and measured 21 inches long.

The former Miss USA and former Doritos girl previously told People that she was “really nervous” about the possibility of having a boy and was using grilled cheese sandwiches to cure her morning sickness during her pregnancy.

Ali and Alejandro, 34, are also parents to 4-year-old daughter Estela.

The couple married in April 2006.
